Hey everyone! Well summer is over and it is time to get out those fall clothes for the upcoming chilly weather. That also means getting out heavier makeup. Or does it? Well just because your clothes are getting thicker doesn’t necessarily mean your makeup has to. I found a new foundation by Cle de Peau that I have fallen in love with.  It is their new fluid foundation. Check it out on www.cledepeau-beaute.com. It is so silky and makes your skin fell soft and smooth. It also covers beautifully without feeling “caked” on like a lot of heavier foundations. It is quite expensive, but worth the money. Hey everyone! I know that sometimes when we don’t get enough sleep it shows under our eyes. So that is why concealer was invented and thank goodness it was. Make sure when you are shopping for a good concealer that it is the same color or a shade lighter than your skin tone. Do not go too light or too dark. If you go too light then it doesn’t look natural and if you go too dark than it looks like you’ve been in a fight. So really take the time to find the right color for you. Some great concealers are from Cle de Peau (http://www. cledepeau-beaute.com) or the infamous touche eclat from YSL (http://www.YSLBeautyUS.com).  What I love about the touche eclat from YSL is that it comes in a tube that is really easy to use. It also is small enough to keep in your purse for touch-ups. Both of these products are on the expensive side, but are worth it. Let me also say that a good eye cream can also help with those dark areas under the eye. Be patient because you have to use the eye cream on a daily basis to get the results you are looking for. So don’t forget that eye cream at night and in the morning and drink lots of water and get lots of sleep.  Drink up and sleep tight!

Just wanted to share my favorite mascara with you. Now I know that sometimes the more expensive the product the better. But not all of the time. Cover girl mascara is amazing. It doesn’t clump and it makes my eyelashes lush and full of volume. They have several but my favorite is the one in the purple tube. The best thing about this product is the price and you can find it at any drug store. So next time you are going to spend $25 on a designer mascara try Cover Girl’s and you won’t be sorry!

So today I stopped into one of the MAC stores and found myself trying their new products. I really like the new Moisturelush moisturizer. It is a great moisturizer for the winter. It is a little thicker than a regular moisturizer but we are in the mist of winter so try it out. Your skin usually during this time of year needs a little more help so try a thicker moisturizer.
